If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RA number. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any case, cleaning cloth, documentation that was included with the product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:
send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an RA. Once you received your return authorization number (RA), write the RA number on the package and ship or mail it back to us:

You must insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages you must securely package the product because we are not responsible for damaged packages.
Once your return is received and verified by us, we will credit your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of receipt.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER REQUIRED
All products being returned must have a Return Authorization number for a refund. Product must be returned within 15 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
15-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 15 days of the date of original purchase.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories etc..(i.e. any product not in "sellable" condition).
Items purchased from an Authorized Reeva Eyewear retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
